It can talk to peers runningTransmissionoruTorrent, and it can also talk to web pages likeinstant.io.

We think its pretty sweet, but were still working on it. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Even when the file isnt fully downloaded, seeking still works.

(Seeking just reprioritizes which pieces are fetched from the network.)
